Questions about the articles, or about what your own Purview configuration actually looks like today.

Say roughly what you are working with — tenant size, which parts of Purview are in use, and what prompted the question. That is usually enough for a useful first reply.

What people usually write about

A specific control. A DLP policy that is not catching what it should, a label that behaves differently in Outlook and on the web, retention that is not doing what the policy says.

Evidence for an audit. Someone has asked what the approved configuration is, who approved it, and whether it has operated continuously — and the honest answer is not yet available.

Drift. The suspicion that the tenant no longer matches what was signed off, and no way to confirm it either way.

Getting started. No particular incident, just the sense that nobody would notice if a control were switched off tomorrow.

Replies usually come within a couple of working days.
